Go for it! Be Bold and be proud! This was my second album, more intimate that my first, up closer and heavily influenced by a number of my heroes from their work in the 70s! I've grown to be really proud of this album, produced alone at home, I can finally accept it for what it is, a rough sounding set of great nostalgia, characters, tunes and stories about growing up. I really hope you can enjoy (... spread the word enough and one day Meet Me will be my Jungeland moment! haha)
So this is my second album, and includes a track that has actually proven quite popular (!) called "Four a.m.", as well as my most Pop number "Waiting Up", and Some big soundscapes here with stories various real life characters. My main inspiration of this album was to capture some of the feel of my favourite 70s albums and artists. Thanks to John Webber of AirMastering (previously BluePro Studios), he turned these demos and self recorded works into pretty decent sounding effort! Thanks man!
Within about twenty years, this could be worth more than the unsigned version. I like to think of it as a wise investment, pension related perhaps? And simultaneously a great excuse to provide support towards more new music. Go on .... What would you like me to write on it...
Well, after various iterations of about 20 songs and demos, this ended up being my first release. Recorded in my bedroom (almost called The Bedroom Recordings...) and all played and mixed by myself in a blind frenzy of no technical know how and certainly no quality equipment, this is about as raw as it will get by a man obsessed to record his songs on a shoe string. Although I'd like to top this soon and do something even dirtier. If you're after delicate sound quality, ahem... well, maybe this one is too much for you. But, if you are after massive sign along tunes that will (with your support spreading the big love) one day rock arenas, then this is for your. Stop Stalling, Take Control, Turn it up and Own It!
Go old school and own a physical copy of the early "classic". I'll say it One Last Time, don't be afraid. However, if you're already looking at this product, I strongly advice getting in there with the product below, a personally dedicated and signed version of the CD. Order a signed photo as well, when the markets fall and you wish you held some gold...
This clearly makes sense for so many reasons. Also, remember that while this would make an amazing birthday gift its an even better anniversary present which keeps giving each time you play it (... and you will look like you really know your up and coming music, potentially for a long time..!)
Yes, that's right my friends. If you're not actually a fan of my music, and you're not alone if that's the case, then this item is definitely all the more for you. What you can do here is purchase an image of ... well, me... or simply the album artwork without having to ever listen to songs. I will dedicate it and sign it with any appropriate message that you like. Or, if you would like to become a superfan, then this is a huge chance to really Own It!!!
